ADVISORY SERVICES
SRG operates as a consultant for many of our clients. Based on our clients’ unique needs, we customize our consulting to meet their needs. Past engagements have included a wide variety of assignments that include:
- Anonymous property acquisition and assembly
- Property evaluations for a variety of clients, including banks, tax credit specialists, development seeking to site assembly advice
- Economic Development resources such as interfacing with local, county and state officials to obtain information on infrastructure, property tax credits, employment incentives, roads, zoning, etc.
- Out-of-market acquisition requirements
- International market evaluation and site recommendations
- Recommendations on a variety of contractors and other professionals who may provide specific services required by our clients
We offer these services on a fixed fee or hourly basis, customized to suit the project as defined in advance of engagement.
